硫酸加入量对铬铁矿硫酸浸出行为的影响 被引量:5

摘要 以铬铁矿为原料,采用硫酸浸出工艺,对铬铁矿中铁和铬元素浸出行为进行研究。热力学研究表明,随着硫酸加入量的增大,铬浸出率呈逐渐升高的趋势,而铁浸出率呈先升高后降低的趋势,当硫酸与铬铁矿质量比为2.5时,铁元素浸出率最大,其质量分数为70.1%;且随着硫酸加入量的增大,铬铁尖晶石相逐渐消失,出现了硅酸铁和二氧化硅相。 The leaching behavior of iron and chromium has been researched, which used the sulfuric acid leaching method of chromite. Thermodynamic studies indicated that the leaching rate of chromium increased with increasing the addition of sulfuric acid, but for iron the leaching rate increased at first and then decreased. As the ratio of sulfuric and chromite was 2.5, the leaching rate of iron reached the max, which is 70.1%; and the ferrochromium spinel phase disappeared, silicate of iron and silica phase appeared with increasing the addition of sulfuric acid.
