摘要
目的探讨建立社区护理与家庭照护相结合临终护理模式的可行性与方法。方法回顾性分析本社区对16例临终患者所采取的专业护士全方位指导,家属参与共同开展的临终护理。结果临终患者的痛疼症状减轻,平稳渡过心理反应期,接受死亡现实,生活质量提高。医疗费用降低,家属情绪稳定,满意度为95%。结论建立适宜本土的临终关怀模式,可以提高临终病人的生活质量及家属的满意度,充分体现了"以人为本"的整体护理内涵。
Objective： Explore for the mothed and feasiblity to created hospice care model which combine with professional nurse and families together. Methods： Retrospective analysis the 46 termonal patients in community were taken hospice care by professional nurse who omni-directed them Combined with their families participate in. Results： Terminal patients felt pain reduced, and Smoothly through the psychological reactions period, accepted the reality of death, and their quality of life were improved ,medical costs were reduced .Family member＇s mood were stable, the degree of satisfaction was 95%. Conclusion： Created the suitable model of local hospice care, May improve terminal patient＇s quality of life and degree of family member＇s satisfaction. Emboded the ＂people-oriented ＂ holistic nursing content.
