健康教育实施表在产科健康教育中的应用

Application of Orem self-nursing model in health education during puerpurium

目的探讨应用健康教育实施表在产科开展健康教育的效果。方法将176例产妇随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组按健康教育实施表的内容和要求进行全程教育与评价,对照组按常规模式进行教育,对比2组产妇在住院期间接受健康教育后对健康教育知识的掌握程度和对护理工作满意度的差异。结果与对照组比较,实验组按健康教育实施表的内容和要求进行健康教育后产妇及家属对健康教育知识的掌握程度和对护理工作满意度均有所提高,2组对比有显著性差异(p<0.05)。结论应用健康教育实施表开展健康教育是一种行之有效的方法。

Objective To evaluate the implementation of health education, health education table in the effects of obstetrics. Methods 200 cases of maternal randomly divided into experimental group and control group, the experimental group received health education table of contents and requirements of the implementation of a full course of education and evaluation, the control group according to conventional patterns of education, compared two groups of mothers in the hospital after receiving health education on the knowledge levels of health education and nursing job satisfaction differences. Results Compared with control group, experimental group Health Education table of contents and requirements of health education, maternal and family health education, knowledge levels and satisfaction with care were improved in both groups there were huge differences in contrast （p〈0.05）. Conclusion Health Education Health Education in the table is an effective method.
