摘要
本文主要阐述针对莱钢带钢轧线电控系统存在主机信号易受干扰、系统响应慢、控制精度不高等问题进行系统改造,对主轧线电控制系统网络、主轧线PLC程序和HMI进行优化、升级,建立轧件跟踪和防止活套早套程序系统,使得活套动作稳定、可靠,活套张力动态响应的调整迅速,从而有效改善了各类指标,满足生产的需要。
Considering the shortcoming of the electrical control system in rolling mill,such as roller's signal easily interfered,slow dynamic response and low control accuracy,this paper introduces the system reform technique.It includes optimizing and upgrading network of the control system,PLC program and HMI for rolling mill,setting up billet-track system and preventing forward loop program system.In this way,the optimized system can not only accomplishes speedy responsibility and stably action of the looper system,but also availably improves various technical targets and meets the needs of production.
