摘要
设计了一套矿井通风机智能监测软件,详细介绍了其串口通信模块、数据管理模块和智能诊断模块的设计。该软件利用MSComm控件实现串口通信,利用BP神经网络建立智能诊断模型,实现了对通风机运行状态的监测和故障诊断功能,为操作人员掌握通风机运行状态提供了一种准确度高、诊断速度快的实用方法。
A design scheme of intelligent monitoring software for mine ventilator was proposed,and the serial communication module,data management module and intelligent diagnosis module were introduced in details.The software realizes functions of monitoring of running status and fault diagnosing for ventilator by using MSComm control to achieve serial communication and BP neural network to establish an intelligent diagnosis model,and provides a practical method with high accuracy and fast diagnosis for operators to master ventilator running status.
