反气相色谱法研究聚合物的热力学行为(1)聚乙二醇与不同溶剂的热力学相互作用 被引量:2

摘要 采用反气相色谱法测定了不同极性的溶剂与聚乙二醇 ( PEG)的热力学相互作用参数 χ1 2 ,并探讨了色谱柱中 PEG在载体上的涂布量以及 PEG的分子量对相互作用参数的影响。研究结果表明 :在 60~90℃的温度范围内 ,烷烃类溶剂与 PEG的相互作用较弱 ,是 PEG的非溶剂 ;而乙酸乙酯和甲苯与 PEG的相互作用较强 ,是 PEG的良溶剂。流动相中溶剂探针分子仅在 PEG液膜的表层与其相互作用 ,χ1 2 的大小与PEG在载体上的涂布厚度以及 An investigation was made into thermodynamic interaction parameters χ 12 between poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and solvents with different Pole by inverse gas chromatogrphy(IGC).It was discussed the influence of the molecular weight of PEG and coating weight which PEG was on the support on determining datas. Experimental Results showed that there were the weak interaction of PEG with alkanes and the strong interaction of PEG with toluene and ethyl acetate in a temperature range of 60℃~90℃。It was also showed that toluene or ethyl acetate was better solvents for PEG, and alkane was poor. Interaction of the mobile phase was occurring only within the surface layer. It was found χ 12 datas were not Correlated with the molecular weinght of PEG and coating weight of PEG on the supports.
