三氟化硼微型胶囊制备研究

PREPARATION OF BORON TRIFLUORIDE MICROCAPSULE

本文探讨了喷雾法制备三氟化硼微型胶囊工艺中包裹材料的选择 ,三氟化硼在包裹材料中的分散、乳化和稳定 ,成囊过程中温度、压力和喷雾孔径与囊形、囊径和包裹率的关系 ,以及如何处理三氟化硼在微囊表面的吸附与囊相互粘接等问题。

The boron tri fluoride (BF 3) microcapsules, as cross-linking agent of resin epoxy under different temperatures,Were prepared by spraying method. It was discussed dispersion,emulsion and stability of BF 3 in the package material. The relationship between temperature, pressure or pore size of spray and shape, size or package ratio of the microcapsules were investigated.It was also dealed with the absorption of BF 3 in the surface of the microcapsules and the adhesion among the microcapsules.
