信息警务是适应时代的要求而出现的,它与情报主导警务既有区别又有联系,同时与其他警务模式之间存在着批判、继承、补充和协调的关系。信息警务"工作环"是信息警务的主要构成和基本构架;信息警务不仅要求信息收集的科学化,而且要求信息研判工作的合理化、规范化,还要求信息使用的前置化、监督化和共享化。
