经过十多年的开发建设,天津滨海新区的经济快速发展,综合实力显著增强,对外开放水平不断提高,基础设施建设日臻完善,天津滨海新区的开发建设取得了历史性的成就,已经站在一个新的历史起点上。"十一五规划"在"创造安居乐业的条件"中提出把"提供多样化的居住条件"作为未来的主要目标;随着次贷危机的爆发,国家加大了基础设施建设的投资,扩大内需;随着房价的步步高升,如何保证房价平稳成了政府工作的重要内容。该文针对滨海欣嘉园区域开发建设的意义与可行性进行剖析。
