摘要
研究了轻烧氧化镁和锆英砂的配料组成对电熔镁锆合成料的显微结构和性能的影响。结果表明 ,配料中锆英砂含量的增加使熔浆的粘度上升 ,合成料难以致密化。锆英砂配入量对ZrO2晶形及晶粒尺寸影响不大 ,但明显影响方镁石的晶形、晶粒尺寸以及气孔的形状和尺寸。研究发现 ,配料中引入的SiO2 成分约有 60 %~ 70 %进入玻璃相。
Influence of the composition of fused magnesia zirconia materials on its microstructure and properties were investigated. The results show that higher zircon addition resists the densification of fused magnesia zirconia materials,and the zircon addition influences the crystalline size of periclase,pore size and the pore structure significantly.It is also found that 60%~70%(wt) SiO 2 content introduced by raw materials will form glass phase.
