环境和社会问题的风险管理是近年来引起人们广泛关注的非物质性问题，现在企业需要为除了股东之外的更多利益相关者考虑，包括对工业活动有兴趣或者受其影响的民众和机构，基于公众希望环境和社会问题能够引起工业界足够的关注以及监管变得越来越严格等原因，对环境和社会问题的管理对于石油工业而言日趋重要。环境和社会问题管理主要包括气候变化、石油泄漏、生物多样化和自然保护、生物质能源以及社会责任等五个方面．其目标是能够良好地控制风险，石油公司必；面有控制环境和社会风险的意识。

Risk management of environment and society issues are the extensively concerned nonmaterial issues in recent years. Currently, enterprises are supposed to take into consideration more stakeholders in addition to shareholders, including the public and institutions interested in or influenced by the industrial activities. Management of the environmental and social issues has become increasingly important to the petroleum industry, because the public hope such issues should draw adequate attention from the industrial community and be treated more and more strictly. Management of the environmental and social issues mainly covers five areas - climate changes, oil leakage, biological diversity and protection of the nature, bio-mass energy and social responsibility, targeting at risk control. Petroleum companies should be aware of the necessity to control environmental and social risks.
