摘要
介绍了蓝晶石微粉的烧结性能 ,并对其烧结机理进行了探讨。在 1 0 0 0~ 1 40 0℃以不同温度煅烧 ,微粉坯体呈收缩状态 ,线变化率为- 0 .83%~ - 2 .1 6% ,体积密度为 1 .99~ 2 .1 1g·cm- 3,显气孔率为 2 0 %~ 2 3% ,常温耐压强度为1 63~ 2 64MPa。烧结温度以 1 1 50~ 1 2 0 0℃最佳。与普通蓝晶石精矿粉相比 ,微粉不仅能显著提高制品的机械强度 ,还可明显降低制品的烧结温度。
This paper reported sinterability of kyanite micropowder and discussed the sintering mechanism.The samples was made up from kyanite micropowder with a linear expansion of -0.83%~-2.16%,bulk density of 1.99~2.11g·cm -3 ,apparent porosity of 20%~23%,and cold crushing strength of 163~164?MPa when it was calcined from 1000 to 1400?℃.The best sintering temperature is 1150~1200?℃.Kyanite micropowder not only obviously improved mechanical strength of the products but also had sintering temperatrue of the products lowered compared with ordinary kyanite concentrate,so it can be used to make high quality refractories and high strength ceramics.
