摘要
通过对TiO2 和ZrO2 在Si3N4 SiO2 Al2 O3体系中的反应过程分析和试验 ,讨论了原位自生TiN/O′ Sialon与ZrO2 /O′ Sialon复相材料的合成机理 。
In this paper, synthesizing mechanism of in situ grown TiN/O' Sialon and ZrO 2/O' Sialon composite materials were discussed through analyses of the reaction process and experimentation of TiO 2 and ZrO 2 in the system of Si 3N 4 Al 2O 3 SiO 2.Diversified means were in token of the two materials.
