铝土矿选精矿过滤设备应用研究

Application research of filtering equipment in bauxite concentration

铝土矿正浮选选精矿过滤困难是铝土矿选矿工业生产的瓶颈,中国铝业河南分公司选矿车间对陶瓷过滤机、立盘过滤机及板框压滤机等设备进行了应用研究,通过比较,板框压滤机维护方便、操作简单、精矿水分低、能耗低,能够连续稳定运行,适合铝土矿选精矿过滤。本文分别对三种设备的工作原理及应用研究情况进行了介绍。

Bauxite concentration filtration is the bottle neck to industrial production of bauxite desilicating by direct flotation.Henan Branch beneficiation plant of Chalco has applied research on the ceramic filter,vertical disc filter,frame filter and other equipment.By comparison,the frame filter press is easy to maintenance,simple operation,lower water in concentration and lower power consumption.The frame filter is stable and appropriate for bauxite concentrate filtering.This paper will introduce the works and applications about these equipment.
