摘要
串联法是生产氧化铝的重要方法。本文针对重庆800kt/a串联法氧化铝项目,分析了国内外串联法氧化铝生产经验和国内氧化铝生产的技术储备,还从项目采用的铝土矿、工艺技术、装备水平、串联法的优缺点等方面分析了该项目。通过分析可以看出,本项目在工艺技术上先进可行,工艺装备上先进可靠,与其它生产方法相比具有较多的优势,但是也存在能耗高的劣势。
Serial combination process is an important alumina production process.The paper is about Chongqing 800kt/a serial combination process alumina project.It analyses the experience of using serial combination process to produce alumina at home and abroad and the technology accumulation of alumina production in China.And also it analyses the project based on the bauxite of the project,processes technology,equipping level,advantage and disadvantage of serial combination process and etc.Based on the analyses,the project is advanced and feasible in processes technology,and advanced and reliable in process equipment.Compared to other alumina production process,it has more advantage,but also has a disadvantage,which is high energy consumption.
