摘要
基于影响函数法,分析了铝热连轧精轧末机架的普通四辊轧机的轧机参数(如轧辊直径,轧辊凸度,辊身长度等)、轧件参数(如轧件宽度、入口板凸度、入口厚度等)和工艺参数(如压下量、轧制力、弯辊力)等对出口板凸度的影响规律,归纳出了板凸度在线模型的合理结构,并以大量的实际生产数据对其进行回归,得到了板凸度在线计算模型。在此基础上,考虑到系统与环境的时变特性的影响,增加了模型自学习项。通过生产数据验证了所提出的模型的计算精度及实用性。
The influence function method is used to analyze the influences of strip width,rolling force,sizes of work/ back-up rolls and bending force on the crown of delivery strip on a conventional 4-high hot tandem rolling mill finisher for Southwest Aluminum(Group) Co.,Ltd.,of China,then a crown model structure was given and a on-line model was regressed with lots of data in calculation.Considering work conditions of roll system changing over time and errors of measurements,a self-learning term was added to the model.The model can predict actually the strip crown with high precision as the effects of most influence factors have been taken into account.So it is efficient to on-line control of strip shape especially to its crown.
