论世界群众体育大会对中国群众体育发展的启示

Discuss the Inspiration of the World Mass Sports Congress for Chinese Mass Sports

作为国际奥委会的三大会议之一的世界群众体育大会,在影响力日益扩大、重要性日益提升的背景下,通过对其历史沿革、对世界群众体育实践的指导以及中国北京成功申办2011年第14届世界群众体育大会的意义的研究与探讨,探寻世界群众体育大会对中国群众体育发展的启示。发现世界群众体育大会在创办意义和会议主题等方面对世界群众体育的发展以及北京奥运会后中国群众体育的发展有重要的指导和借鉴意义。指出中国在向体育强国目标迈进过程中,要厘清竞技体育与群众体育的关系;要明确实现群众体育强国的目标;要利用世界体育大会平台,加强与世界体育的交流,促进世界群众体育的快速和谐发展;政府应以人为本,不断发展和完善群众体育的公共体育服务体系。

As one of the three important meetings of IOC,the World Mass Sports Congress is in the growing influence and importance of the context of the increasing,through researching the course of development and purposes,etc.It explored the World Mass Sports Congress on the enlightenment of mass sports development in China.We found that the founder of significance and theme of the World Mass Sports Congress have an important reference in Chinese mass sports after the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games.We should clarify the relationship between competitive sports and mass sports and identify the goal of powerful sports country in the process.We should take advantage of a platform of the World Mass Sports Congress to strengthen exchanges with the world of sports to promote a harmonious world and the rapid development of mass sports.The government should put people first and focus on continuous development to improve public mass sports service system.
