摘要
站在21世纪第二个十年的新起点上,综合性大学体育发展将迎来新的机遇与挑战。综合性大学体育发展所面临的基本问题是:发展方向"迷失",成才教育方法落后,竞技体育"困惑",学科建设"残疾",师资队伍"边、穷",资源分配竞争力不足,改革勇气不够,创新能力匮乏,服务功能"短板",特色发展缺失等等。本文在研究论述十大基本问题形成原因的基础上,提出了相应的解决对策与建议。
On the start of the second decade of the twenty-first century,sports of comprehensive university will face new challenges and opportunities.The basic issues facing them is the lost of direction in the development,backward in the method of talent education,confusion in competitive sports,disability in construction of discipline,side and poor in teachers,lack of competitiveness in the allocation of resources,shortage in courage of reform,lack of innovation capacity,short board in service function,loss of features in development and other issues so on.On the basis of studying the forming reason of the ten basic problems in this paper so as to provide corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
