我国体育教师职业能力的管理——从教师资格制度局限性的视角

Management of the Professional Competence of China's PE Teachers——from the perspective of the limitation of the teacher certification system

职业能力是体育教师从事体育教育教学必须具备的要求,体育教师职业能力关系到我国体育教育教学事业的整体水平。为了保证我国体育教师职业能力的水准,促进体育教师职业能力的长期发展,拟提出以下几点管理策略:建立《体育教师资格认证标准》和《体育教师职业能力标准》;体育教师职业能力岗前测评与《教师资格证书》密切结合;建立体育教师职业能力定期测评和教师资格定期认证相结合的制度;设立体育教师培训基地和职业能力测评机构。

P.E.teachers engaging in teaching and education must have the professional competence.In order to promote the long-term development of PE teacher＇s professional capacity,the paper proposed the following management strategies,such as setting up PE teacher＇s professional competency certification and standards system,closely relating the pre-vocational ability evaluation system to the Teacher＇s Certification,establishing the system of regular evaluation of the capacity of the PE teachers and regular certification to teachers and building the training bases and capacity evaluation organs of PE teachers.
