教学模式是按照一定原理设计的一种具有相应结构和功能的教学活动的模型或策略。教学模式必须与高等教育改革相适应,与培养现代高质量的新型人才的要求相适应。本文采用问卷调查、访谈等方法,对运动训练学传统的教学模式存在的弊端进行了分析,构建了能更有效的提高学生实践能力、培养学生创新能力的"双主五多"教学模式,新教学模式对培养新型运动训练专业人才具有现实意义。

Teaching model is a model or strategy of teaching activities which has certain structure and function and it is designed according to certain principle.Teaching model must be compatible to the reform of the higher education institutes and the requirement of cultivating the high-quality talents in the modern society.With the method of questionnaire and interview,the paper analyzes the defects of the traditional training method and builds a ＂double principle and five more＂ teaching model which can effectively enhance the practice ability of students and cultivate the innovation capacity of the students.The new model has practical meaning to the sport-coaching talent.
