微波辐射对苦参碱提取的影响及其动力学和热力学机理研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的研究微波辐射功率、时间等因素对苦参碱提取的影响以及提取机理。方法利用微波辐射后再用溶剂回流法提取苦参中的苦参碱,并与溶剂回流提取法作比较,从动力学和热力学角度探讨了微波辐射对苦参碱提取过程的影响及其作用机理。结果微波辐射可强化苦参碱的提取过程,使其表观提取速率常数增大,提取活化能降低,从而利于苦参碱的提取;苦参碱的热力学函数ΔH0、ΔS0均比未采用微波辐射而直接进行溶剂提取的相应值大,ΔG0则较小。结论与常规回流提取法相比,本法能使苦参碱的提取速率和提取效率提高,且设备要求低,处理方法简单、操作简便,丰富了微波辅助强化中药有效成分提取的方式。 Objective To investigate the effects of factors such as microwave power and irradiation time etc on extraction of matrine from Sophora flavescens Ait.,and the mechanism of its process.Methods After microwave irradiation,the material of Sophora flavescens Ait.was refluxed in methanol to extract matrine,which was named as microwave-irradiation solvent reflux extraction(MISRE).The comparative study of extraction of matrine was performed with MISRE and solvent reflux extraction(SRE) methods.The influence of microwave irradiation on the extraction process was discussed from its kinetic and thermodynamic mechanism.Results The extraction process of matrine can be intensified through pretreatment of the medicinal material by microwave irradiation,in which its apparent rate constant increased,and activation energy was reduced significantly.Greater ΔH0 and ΔS0,less ΔG0 of matrine than SRE were observed.Conclusion Compared with conventional SRE,this pretreatment can improve its extraction rate and efficiency.MISRE is simple,effective and easy to operate.
