从湖北安陆产的银杏叶中分离出一种黄酮甙（Ⅰ），将其进一步水解，纯化，所得产物经红外光谱、紫外光谱、熔点等检测，结果表明这种黄酮甙元是槲皮素（Ⅱ），（Ⅰ）经熔点和定性检测推测为：３ Ｏ α（６ｐ 香豆酰葡萄糖基 （ １，４ 鼠李糖甙）槲皮素．

A flovonoid glycoside was isolated from the leaves of ginkgo biloba planted in Anlu city of Hubei province, Its structure elucidated as quercetin3O(6pcoumaroilglucosylβ1,4rhamnoside) (Ⅰ).Upon acid hydrolysis of I, filtering and purifying, the product that was identified by IR, UV and mp.was quercetin.
