摘要
对ＨＲ６３０ 型活塞推料离心机进油接头机械动密封装置的磨损与泄漏问题进行了深入分析，经过对有关参数的验算，确定了失效原因，提出了改进措施．改进后的机械密封装置结构紧凑，性能可靠、稳定性好．
The wearing and discharge phenomenon of mechanical moving seal device in entering oil contact of HR630 type centrifugal machine was analyzed.By counting the related parameter, the failure reason and improving measure were put forward. The improved seal device has terse structure、good stability and reliability.
