摘要
焦化富气压缩机(简称:压缩机)管道设计对焦化装置的平稳运行和装置的安全生产尤为重要。以青岛石化160万t/a延迟焦化装置的富气压缩机管道设计为例,对平面布置,材料选择,管道应力分析及支架设计作了一定的说明。
The pipeline design for coking rich gas compressor(named compressor as follow) is greatly important for the stable operation of coking equipment and the safe production.In this paper,set the pipeline design for rich gas compressor in Qingdao Petrochemical 160 million tons per year delayed coking unit as an example,the plane arrangement,material selection,stress analysis of pipeline and frame design are specific stated.
