阐述了精馏液环泵运行现状,分析了导致运行不稳定的主要原因。针对运行不稳定的各个原因采取相应措施后,提高了液环泵运行稳定性,增加了乙炔回收率,为装置降本增效做出了贡献。

This paper has specified the operating current situation of the distillation liquid ring pump and analyzed the main reasons of causing unsteady operation.Aiming at every reason of causing unsteady operation,the corresponding measures are adopted.They have improved the operating stability of liquid ring pump and increased the acetylene recovery,which has made a contribution for lowering cost and increasing effect for the plant.
