不同麻醉方法对腰椎手术体位中面部压疮的影响

The impact of different kinds of anesthesia on facial pressure ulcers in lumber vertebra operation

目的探讨麻醉方法对腰椎手术体位中面部压疮发生率的影响。方法 126例患者,全身麻醉组65例和硬膜外麻醉组61例,观察面部压疮的发生率。结果手术时间2～8小时,硬膜外组未发生面部并发症;全身麻醉组发生压红、瘀斑3例,发生率为4.62%。两组比较有统计学意义。结论腰椎手术中采用硬膜外麻醉可以减少面部压疮发生率。

Objective To investigate the incidence of facial pressure ulcers in the lumber vertebra operation by differ- ent kinds of anesthesia. Methods The 126 cases were divided into a group of general anesthesia （ n = 65 ） and a group of continual epidural anesthesia （n = 61 ）. Results During 2 to 8 hours of operation time, the incidence of fa- cial pressure ulcer in general anesthesia group was 4.62% , while there was no facial pressure ulcers occurred in continual epidural anesthesia group. Conclusion Continual epidural anesthesia can lower the incidence of facial pressure ulcers in the lumber vertebra operation
