Development of Light Armoured Fiber Optic Cable

通过阐述单模两芯轻型铠装光缆的结构设计、材料选择及性能测试等方面的内容,介绍了一种新研制出的可收放的单模两芯轻型铠装光缆。该轻型铠装光缆既能满足室内环境所要求的阻燃和弯曲性能,又能满足室外环境所要求的高机械和环境性能,具有柔软、抗张强度大、衰减小、稳定性好、机动性高等特点。与同类产品相比尺寸更小、重量更轻及弯曲性能更好,既可采用固定的方式进行敷设,也可采用收放的方式进行重复使用。

Through describing the structure design, material selection, and performance testing of single mode two fiber light armoured fiber optic cable, a new developed retractable single mode two fiber light armoured fiber optic cable is presented. The cable can meet the requirements for flame retardance and bending property in indoor application, and meet the requirements for high mechanical and environment properties in outdoor application. And it features flexible, high tensile strength, low attenuation, good stability, and high mobility. Compared with other same kinds of product it has smaller size, lighter weight, and better bending property, and can be installed in fixed mode, or used in repeatedly deployable and retractable mode.
