摘要
阐述了射频高压的试验原理,确定了系统的测量不确定度的来源,并以中国电子科技集团公司第二十三研究所研制的RF-3500型射频高压试验装置为例,结合实际测试数据给出了具体的测量不确定度分析。
The testing principle of RF high-voltage test is described, the sources of the system measurement uncertainty are determined. Based on the Model RF-3500 RF high-voltage test equipment designed by the 23rd Research Institute, CETC, the analysis of the measurement uncertainty is carried out combining with the measured data.
