HPLC-ELSD测定抗宫炎片中盐酸水苏碱的含量

Determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Risiting Pelvic Inflammatory Tablets by HPLC-ELSD

目的建立HPLC-ELSD法测定抗宫炎片中盐酸水苏碱的含量。方法采用Lichrospher 5-NH2色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(86∶14),流速1.0 ml/min,柱温30℃;检测器参数:雾化室温度60℃,漂移管温度80℃,载气体积流量1.2 ml/min。结果盐酸水苏碱在2.654～13.270μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9994,平均回收率为97.7%,RSD=1.9%(n=6)。结论该法简便可行,结果准确可靠,可用于抗宫炎片中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定。

Objective To establish a HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of stachydrine hydrochloride of Risiting Pelvic Infammatory Tablets. Methods Column. Lichrospher 5-N H2 （250 mm × 4.60 ram） ; mobile phase ： acetonitrile-water（86 ： 14）, flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,the column temperature was 30℃ ;detecter parameter： the nebulizar temperature was 60℃ ,and the evaporation temperature was 80℃ ;flow rate was 1.2 SLM. Results Under the chromatographic conditions used, the calibration curve of stachydrine hydrochloride was linear in the range of 2. 654-13. 270 μg,the average recoveries was 97.7% ,RSD：1. 77%. The average recovery was 97.7 %, RSD： 1.9% （n = 6）. Conclusion The method is accurate, effective and feasible. It can be used for the determination of the contents of stachydrine hydrochloride contained in Risiting Pelvic Inflammatory Tablets.
