摘要
分析了天津钢管集团股份有限公司Φ250mmMPM连轧管机组轧制过程中典型轧制力曲线异常的特征及其产生原因,提出了相应的预防及调整措施,对已经出现的故障给出了解决方案,为生产的顺利进行创造了条件。
Investigations are made into characteristics of and the causes for abnormality of the typical rolling force curve as occurring in the rolling process of the Φ250 mm MPM plant located at TPCO.As a result,relevant preventative actions and adjustment measures are proposed,and the solution for the existing faults are worked out to ensure smooth performance of the said production line.
