一种钢板板边超声波自动探伤装置的设计

摘要 传统的钢板板边超声波探伤只是将探伤装置机械地固定于龙门主梁之上,由于钢板边缘不规则,造成机械连接处损坏,探伤数据不真实。介绍了一种新的钢板板边超声波自动探伤装置的结构特点、工作流程、工作原理及特点。实践证明:该装置采用气动控制系统与电气控制系统联合组成的检测闭环控制,实现了板边自动探伤,设计合理,探伤结果真实可靠,调节控制灵活方便。 For ultrasonic detection of the steel plate edge,traditional practice is to mechanically fix the detection system onto the main beam of the gantry support.In this case,the mechanical conjunction area is damaged due to the irregular edge profile of the plate,and thus untrue detection data would be produced.Elaborated in the article is a newly-developed automatic UT system for edge inspection of the steel plate,involving such aspects as the structural features,the process flow,and the operating principle and characteristics.Based on the operation effectiveness of the said UT system,it is concluded that thanks to the closed-loop control of the detection operation by a pneumatic-electrical control system,the UT system is capable of automatic edge detection of the steel plate,and that the design is reasonable,which results in true and reliable detection data,and flexible adjustment and control of the system as well.
