摘要
无损检测是高压锅炉管生产中的重要环节。介绍了涡流探伤检测技术在高压锅炉管生产中的应用情况;分析了探伤设备同心度、对比试样质量和检测线圈性能等因素对造成高压锅炉管涡流探伤误判的影响;提出了减少误判的方法。
The NDT inspection is regarded as a critical part of manufacture of hi-pressure boiler pipes.Elaborated in the article is the application of the eddy-current detection technique to the said manufacturing process.Analyzed are the elements responsible for erroneous flaw evaluation during the eddy-current detection operation,including the concentricity of the NDT equipment,quality of the reference specimens and the performance of the detecting coil,etc.Accordingly,some methods for reducing the error rate are proposed.
