变压精制氢气活性炭吸附机理研究 被引量:2

STUDY ON THE ADSORPTION MECHANISM OF ACTIVATED CARBON FOR REFINING HYDROGEN UNDER VARIABLE PRESSURE

摘要 测定了国内大型石化厂制氢装置中使用的、从国外进口的活性炭的常规吸附性能及BET比表面积、孔分布曲线及对CO2 的吸附平衡曲线,并同典型的国产炭试样进行了对比分析,指出孔分布规律( 孔的大小分布及孔的形状结构) 是影响该型活性炭吸附效率的主要因素。据此,在实验室中模索了研制该型活性炭的最佳工艺条件。 The conventional adsorption performances,BET surface area,pore size distribution and adsorption isotherm of CO 2 of the activated carbon,which was imported from abroad and used for refining hydrogen in large scale domestic petrochemical plants,were determined,and compared those with typical domestic activated carbon sample.Results showed that the pore size distribution is the critical factor affecting the adsorption efficiency of this kind of activated carbon.According to this conclusion,the optimum technical parameters for producing this kind of activated carbon were studied.
