摘要 论述了以水蒸气或空气作气化剂将木屑和催化剂混和的气化反应,在实验室固化床反应器内完成全部研究工作。试验结果表明:以空气作气化剂时,CaO是一种最适宜的催化剂,以水蒸气作气化剂时,组合催化剂为最有效,依次为K2CO3 、KOH、Na2CO3 和NaOH。催化气化的反应速率常数和反应温度间关系符合Arrhenius 公式。确定了适宜的催化剂用量。当气化反应温度为620 ~880 ℃时,催化气化反应速度比未加催化剂的快2 ~14 倍。此外,建立了反应速率、反应温度和催化剂用量间的方程式。该方程式可用来计算已知反应温度和催化剂用量条件的气化反应速率。反应速率的实际测定和计算值平均误差为4-38 % 。 This paper deals with the study on the catalytic gasification of sawdust mixed with catalysts with steam or air as reaction agents.The experiments were carried out in a fixed bed differential reactor in laboratory.The results indicate,with air as the agent,calcium oxide is the most suitable catalyst.For steam carbon reaction,composite catalysts,K 2CO 3,KOH, Na 2CO 3 and NaOH,could produce the best efficiency.The relation between reaction rate constant of catalytic gasification and temperature can be expressed by Arrhenius'law.The optimal load range of catalysts was determined.The reaction rate of catalytic gasification is two to fourteen times as fast as that of uncatalytic gasification when the temperature range is between 620~880 ℃.Moreover,the correlated equation of reaction rate,reaction temperature and catalysts load was obtained.The equation can be used to estimate reaction rate at given temperature and load.The average error of reaction rate between calculated and measured value is 4.38 %.
