摘要
雪岭云杉针叶叶绿素胡萝卜素软膏中含酸性物质约22 % ( 占软膏重) ,其中脂肪酸占44-86 % ,树脂酸占52-49 % 。该酸性物质经气相色谱和质谱定性、定量分析,共分离出31 个峰,鉴定出26 个化合物,被鉴定的组分占酸性物质总量的97-35 % 。其中主要成分为枞酸(21-55 % ) 、异海松酸(12-89 % ) 、油酸(12-07 % ) 、亚麻酸(7-31 % ) 、新枞酸(6-10 % ) 等。研究发现,雪岭云杉针叶叶绿素胡萝卜素软膏酸性物质中,不含松叶酸成分。
The acidic fraction of chlorophyll carotene paste from schrenk spruce ( Picea schrenkiana Fisch. et Mey. )needles and twigs was about 22 % of the paste,which consists of 44.86 % fatty acids and 52.49 % resin acids. The chemical constituents of the acidic fraction were analysed quantitatively and qualitatively by GC and GC MS,respectively. Of the 31 peaks,26 components which make up 97.35 % of the total acid were identified. The major components are abietic acid (21.55 %), isopimaric acid (12.89 %), oleic acid (12.07%), linolenic acid (7.31 %), neoabietic acid (6.10 %), etc. The research shows that no pinifolic acid have been found in the acidic fraction of chlorophyll carotene paste from needles and twigs of P. schrenkiana.
