白头翁汤结合西药治疗溃疡性结肠炎48例

Treatment of 48 cases of ulcerative colitis by combined "Baitouweng Decoction" and western medicine

目的观察白头翁汤结合小剂量西药治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床疗效。方法将96例溃疡性结肠炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组(各48例),治疗组采用中药白头翁汤口服及保留灌肠治疗,同时配合口服小剂量西药;对照组采用西药口服及保留灌肠治疗。两组均治疗8周,观察临床疗效。结果治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为91.67%、77.08%,组间临床疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白头翁汤口服及灌肠结合小剂量西药可有效用于治疗溃疡性结肠炎。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of combined ＂Baitouweng Decoction＂ and western medicine in the treatment of ulcerative colitis.Methods Ninety-six subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 48 cases were treated by ＂Baitouweng Decoction＂,retention-enema and low-dose drugs,and control group in which 48 cases were treated by retention-enema and low-dose drugs,with a course of 8 weeks.Results The total effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group and 77.08% in the control group,with a significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Combined ＂Baitouweng Decoction＂,retention-enema and low-dose drugs is quite effective for ulcerative colitis.
