一种新型SMA阻尼器及其减震性能 被引量:9

A Novel SMA Damper and Its Vibration Reduction Performance

摘要 对一种直径1 mm的国产NiTi丝进行了超弹性性能试验,发现该NiTi丝在常温下具有良好的超弹性.以该超弹性丝为材料,提出了一种新型形状记忆合金(SMA)自复位阻尼器的构造,探讨了其工作原理.然后,采用Matlab模拟了该阻尼器的滞回曲线,发现滞回曲线呈双旗形.最后,将该阻尼器安装在一单层钢框架模型上进行动力时程分析,结果表明该阻尼器可以有效耗散地震能量,减小结构的位移响应,其减震率达52%,并且对结构加速度反应也有一定的控制作用. In this paper,first,the superelastic property of a domestic NiTi wire being 1mm in diameter was tested,and excellent superelasticity of the wire at room temperature was revealed.Then,by taking the wire as the mate-rial,a novel self-centering SMA(Shape Memory Alloy) damper was proposed,with its structure and working principle being also introduced.Moreover,a double-flag hysteretic curve of the damper was found from the simulation with Matlab.Finally,a dynamic time-history analysis of a one-story steel frame fixed with the SMA damper was carried out.The results indicate that the proposed SMA damper effectively suppresses structural displacement response by 52% and controls the structural acceleration response to a certain degree.
