摘要
由于废纸再生造纸废水中溶解性有机物的分子量差异较大,用单一的处理单元不能达到理想的处理效果。本实验采用IC-A/O-Fenton氧化工艺来处理该废水,中试实验运行结果表明,此工艺能够有效地处理废纸再生造纸废水,COD、SS的去除率均达到99%,色度的去除率达到95%,其他各项指标也能达到新的国家排放标准GB3544-2008。同时选用GC-MS联用仪对废纸造纸废水中的有机物进行测定,根据有机污染物在各工艺段的分布情况,揭示其在IC-A/O生物处理过程中的降解与转化规律。
Since there is a large difference in molecular weight of dissolving organic matter in the fiber-recyclingpapermaking wastewater,a single processing unit cannot efficiently treat the effluent water to ideal effect.IC-A/O-Fentonreagent process was used for the treatment of fiber-recycling papermaking wastewater.Results showed that the system hashigh treatment efficiency on fiber-recycling papermaking wastewater,with removal rates of COD and SS up to 99%,removalrate of color 95%,other water qualities all could satisfy the new emission standard of GB3544-2008.GC-MS analysis wasused to measure organic pollutants contained in regenerated papermaking wastewater.Distribution of organic pollutants ineach process was analyzed to discover the degradation and transformation law in the process of IC-A/O treatment.
