直线翼垂直轴风力机起动性的实验研究 被引量:10

AN EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE STARTING PERFORMANCE OF STRAIGHT-BLADED VERTICAL AXIS WIND TURBINE

摘要 为探明直线翼垂直轴风力机的叶片个数对其起动性的影响,设计制作了可更换叶片个数(1~5枚)的风力机模型,通过风洞实验获得了起动力矩与转角的关系曲线,并与用单叶片力矩模拟的结果进行了对比。接着又制作了1台3叶片小型风力机模型,进行了烟线法可视化实验,获得了不同转角下的风力机周围流场迹线图。两项实验结果表明:增加叶片个数可使风力机平均起动性提高,但叶片间相互影响也增加,不同角度下各叶片周围流场受影响程度不同,对叶片受力和风力机起动力矩的影响程度和趋势也不同。 To explore the effect of blade number on the starting performance of straight-blade vertical-axis wind turbine, a model which can change blade number from one to five was made. The starting torques at different azimuth angles were obtained by wind tunnel test and the results were compared with the simulation results by the starting torque of the model with one blade. Further, a small model with 3 blades was made for the visual experiment by smoke-wire way. Visual photos of the flow path lines around the blades at different azimuth angles were taken. The results show that the starting performance was averagely improved with the increasing of blade number. However, the flow fields around blades and aerodynamics were much affected depending on azimuth angle, and then changing the starting performance.
