先天性心脏病伴肺动脉高压患儿血清中血管内皮生长因子与转化生长因子-β_1的变化研究 被引量:4

Relationship between serum VEGF and TGF-β_1 in the children of congenital heart disease with pulmonary hypertension

摘要 目的探讨血清血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)与转化生长因子-β_1(TGF-β_1)在先天性心脏病伴肺动脉高压中的作用及临床意义。方法左向右分流型先天性心脏病患儿45例分为3组:无肺动脉高压组15例、轻度肺动脉高压组15例和重度肺动脉高压组15例。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测患儿血清中VEGF、TGF-β_1的含量,并探讨其相关性。结果先天性心脏病伴重度肺动脉高压组患儿血清VEGF及TGF-β_1浓度高于轻度肺动脉高压组和无肺动脉高压组(P<0.05,P<0.01),肺动脉收缩压与血清VEGF及TGF-β_1浓度呈正相关(r=0.878和r=0.858,P<0.01);患儿血清VEGF含量与血清TGF-β_1含量呈正相关(r=0.794,P<0.01)。结论 VEGF和TGF-β_1对监测肺动脉高压发生发展动态变化过程以及评价手术疗效有一定意义及临床价值。 Objective To investigate the effect and clinic significance of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) and transforming growth factor-β1TGF-β1) in patients with congenital heart disease(CHD)combined with pulmonary hypertension (PH).Methods According to the degree of PH,45 cases with CHD were divided into three groups;none PH group (15 cases),mild PH group(15 cases) and severe PH group(15 cases).The serum VEGF and TGF-β1were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and theirrelationship were analyzed.Results The level of VEGF and TGF-β1in severe PH group were significantly higher than that of none PH group and mild PH group(P0.05,P〈0.01).The pulmonary artery pressure was positively correlated with the level of VEGF and TGF-β1r = 0.878 and r = 0.858,P〈0.01).The level of VEGF was positively correlated with the level of TGF-β1r = 0.794,P〈0.01).Conclusion The level of VEGF and TGF-β1can beused as laboratory indicators for monitoring the dynamic changing process of the occurrence and development of pulmonary hypertension,also for assessing the effect of surgery.
