芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭大鼠心脏功能及血浆血管加压素的影响 被引量:28

The effects of Qiliqiangxin capsule on cardiac function and the plasma arginine vasopressin of rats with chronic heart failure

摘要 目的探讨芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)大鼠心脏功能及血浆血管加压素(AVP)的影响。方法 SD大鼠结扎冠脉前降支,建立CHF大鼠模型,将大鼠随机分为慢性心力衰竭组(C组),芪苈强心高、中、低剂量治疗组(Q1、Q2、Q3组)和呋塞米治疗组(F组),另设假手术组(S组)。药物灌胃6周后检测大鼠超声心动图和血流动力学指标,放射免疫法测定血浆AVP浓度。结果与S组比较,C组大鼠心脏功能显著减退,血浆AVP浓度显著升高(P<0.01)。经过芪苈强心胶囊治疗后,Q1、Q2、Q3组大鼠心脏功能、血流动力学指标均有显著改善,血浆AVP浓度显著降低(P<0.05);F组大鼠心脏功能及血流动力学指标均无显著改善,而血浆AVP浓度显著升高(P<0.05)。结论芪苈强心胶囊可以改善CHF大鼠的心脏功能,降低血浆AVP浓度。 Objective To investigate the effects of Qiliqiangxin capsule on the plasma arginine vasopressin(AVP) of rats with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods The rats model of CHF was established by ligating the left anterior ascending artery,and then were randomly divided into different doses of Qiliqiangxin capsule treated groups(Q1,Q2 and Q3 group),furosemide treatment group(F group),CHF group(C group) and sham group(S group).Cardiac function of rats were detected at the end of 6th week with echocardiogram and hemodynamic parameters.The level of plasma AVP was determined by radioimmunology.Results Comparison with S group,the cardiac function decreased obviously in C group,with the level of plasma AVP was increased(P〈0.01 ).The different dose of Qiliqiangxin capsule treatment groups could improve cardiac function and hemodynamic indexes of animal model.The level of plasma AVP was considerable decreased than that in C group(P〈0.05).While,there was no significant differences between F group and C group in cardiac function,and the level of plasma AVP in F group was increased dramatically(P〈0.05).Conclusion It demonstrated that the Qiliqiangxin capsule could improve cardiac function of CHF rats,which partly contributes to attenuating the plasma AVP.
