浅谈CT三维定位下微创治疗脑出血的应用

Minimally invasive treatment of cerebral hemorrhage under CT three-dimensional guidance

目的结合CT三维定位技术明确脑出血微创治疗术的手术指征、手术时机、手术方式以及手术疗效。方法回顾分析80例脑出血患者在CT三维定位引导下微创治疗疗效。结果 3d内17例患者血肿基本清除,3-7d49例患者血肿消除约70-80%,再出血9例(15-30d内有好转),1w内死亡5例,6例合并针道出血(3-5ml),90%患者10-50d内出院。结论 CT三维定位引导下微创治疗中等量以上脑出血,定位更准确,疗效更佳。

Objective： To explore the indications,timing,approach and treatment of cerebral hemorrhage with minimally invasive technique under CT three-dimensional guidance.Methods： Eighty cases of cerebral hemorrhage with minimally invasive CT-guided three-dimensional positioning therapy were retrospective analyzed.Results： In 3 days,basic hematoma in 17 patients cleared,and in 3-7 days,49 hematomas were eliminated about 70-80%.Nine cases occurred rebleeding.In one week 5 patients died and 6 cases complicated with needle tract bleeding（3-5ml）.90% of patients were discharged within 10-50 days.Conclusion： 3D CT-guided minimally invasive treatment of hemorrhage has accurate targeting and better effect.
