下肢深静脉血栓不同介入溶栓方法比较 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨下肢深静脉血栓采用不同溶栓方法,所得结果的比较。方法入选30例下肢深静脉血栓患者,10例患侧血栓内留管,10例患侧动脉内留管,10例患侧足背浅静脉用药。结果 血栓完全消失25例;栓塞血管部分再通,肢体肿胀消失4例;1例无效。结论静脉血栓溶栓时间窗应在18天以内,对不同部位的血栓采取不同的溶栓方法,可取得较好的疗效。 Objective: To compare the results of different thrombolytic methods in treatment of deep venous thrombosis.Methods: Thirty patients with deep vein thrombosis were enrolled.The thrombolytic catheter was inserted in thrombosis in 10 cases,in ipsilateral artery in 10 cases,and the other 10 cases received infusion via ipsilateral dorsal superficial vein.Results: Thrombosis was disappeared in 25 patients;partial vascular recanalization was achieved in 4 cases with limb swelling disappeared;1 case was invalid.Conclusions: Venous thrombosis time window should be within 18 days.For different parts of the thrombus,different thrombolytic method can achieve better results.
