介入再通术联合丹参注射液灌注治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的疗效及护理

Fallopian tubal recanalization combined with Saluia miltiorrltize bge Infusion for the treatment of fallopian tube obstruction and nurse

目的探讨介入再通术联合丹参注射液灌注治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效及护理。方法以三峡大学第一临床医学院自2007年12月-2009年08月间在妇科求治的865例输卵管阻塞性不孕病人为研究对象,采用输卵管介入再通术(FTR),通过导丝和微导管对1433条阻塞输卵管进行机械再通,并经微导管直接造影和注入多种药物,试验组注入丹参注射液、庆大霉素、α-糜蛋白酶及地塞米松;对照组注入庆大霉素、α-糜蛋白酶及地塞米松,两组术后常规输液消炎5天,随访6-12个月,观察输卵管通畅度。结果 术后6-12个月试验组输卵管通畅率为91.00%,对照组术后6-12个月输卵管通畅率为61.00%。试验组的输卵管通畅率明显高于对照组,输卵管再度阻塞率明显低于对照组。结论介入再通术联合丹参注射液灌注对治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症具有良好的临床疗效;同时对病人的护理尤其重要。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of fallopian tubal recanalization combined with saluia miltiorrltize bge infusion for the treatment of fallopian tube obstruction.Methods： There were 539 cases in treatment group and 326 cases in control group.In the treatment group patients were given salvia miltiorrhiza infusion to the fallopian tube and Chinese herbal medicine after the intervention.In twelfth month a follow-up imaging was performed to assess the patency.Results： The patency rate was 91.00% in treatment group,and 61% in control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion： Interventional recanalization combined with salvia miltiorrhiza infusion has good curative effect in treatment of fallopian tube obstructive infertility.
