论不同因素对肝动脉造影高压注射器参数设置的影响与对策

The impact and countermeasure of different factors on the parameters,setting of high pressure injector in hepatic angiography

目的探讨不同因素对肝动脉造影高压注射器参数设置的影响与对策。方法回顾分析117例肝动脉造影图像,分别从病情、插管技术等因素分析造成图像优劣的原因。结果 117例病例中,因肝硬化和血管本身原因导致血管显示不满意者27例,因肝内病变原因导致肝动脉血管显示不满意者占20例,因导管原因导致肝动脉血管显示不满意者占61例,在117例的肝动脉造影中全部肝动脉造影显示满意者仅占9例。结论在肝脏疾病介入治疗中,高压注射器参数在肝动脉血管造影中的应用是受诸多因素制约的。

Objective To discuss the impact and countermeasure of different factors on the parameters,setting of high pressure injector in hepatic angiography.Methods The hepatic angiographic images of 117 patients were retrospectively analyzed to find the factors impacting image quality from hepatic disease to catheterizing techniques.Results The hepatic angiographic images were poorly displayed in 117 patients.The hepatocirrhosis or hepatic vessels itself resulted in the dissatisfactory images in 27 cases.The factors of the intrahepatic diseases and catheterization were the causes of ill-defined images in 20 and 61 cases respectively.Only 9 cases were successfully manifested with their whole hepatic angiographic images.Conclusion The parameters,setting of hepatic angiography were restricted by multiple factors.
