摘要
采用预氧丝碳化、活化制备活性炭纤维,研究了制备工艺对活化效率的影响,并对活性炭纤维的表面化学结构和物理吸附性能进行了表征。结果表明,活化后纤维表面微孔增加,平均孔径变小,纤维中炭含量减少、氧含量增加。CO2N2 活化处理更容易得到微孔丰富的活性炭纤维。
The activated carbon fibers were prepared from pre-oxidation fibers.The influences of preparing conditions on the activated efficiency were studied.The surface structures and adsorption behaviors of activated carbon fibers were characterized.Results show that the surface micropores and the oxygen content of ACF are more than that of CF,whereas the pore diameter and the carbon content of ACF are less than that of CF,ACF with more micropores and large specific surface area were formed by actiation preferential from CO 2 N 2 gas oxidizing gas system rather than H 2O-N 2 gas system.
