摘要
为实现直驱式电液伺服系统优化的压力流量复合控制,建立了直驱式电液伺服系统流量和压力控制的数学模型。提出基于压力差切换参数的恒压力限流量控制方式。并在此基础上对压力流量切换控制方式进行修正。这种复合控制在满足系统稳定性的前提下,极大地提高了系统响应特性。实验结果表明,通过合理的积分及死区调节,两种控制方式均可使压力流量平稳切换,系统对执行机构及负载参数变化的敏感性降低,系统响应性能得到提高。这些结果证实所提出方法的效果。
Mathematical models were built for the flow and pressure control of the direct drive electro-hydraulic servo system to realize the optimal pressure and flow compound control of the system.A constant pressure and limited flow control method was proposed based on the parameter switch by the pressure difference,and on this basis the pressure and flow switch control method was corrected.This method enhances significantly the system response under the prerequisite of meeting the system stability.The experimental results show that,by means of reasonable integral and dead zone regulation,both methods can make the pressure and flow switch smoothly,the system sensitivity to the changes of actuators and load parameters was declined,and the system response was improved.These results confirme the validity of the proposed method.
