聚芳醚酮是一类新型特种工程塑料。８０ 年代初由英国ＩＣＩ公司最先将其中的ＰＥＥＫ树脂商品化。由于综合性能优异，问世后很快在航天、航空、能源、电子、汽车、机械等领域得到了成功的应用。中国自８０ 年代以来，采用本国的专利技术研制开发成功这一材料，并在上述各领域满足了本国的急需。我们除完成了ＰＥＥＫ树脂的商品生产以外，还研制成功耐热等级更高的ＰＥＥＫＫ，ＰＥＢＥＫ以及聚芳醚酮环状预聚体，聚芳醚酮液晶及低介电常数聚芳醚酮等。

Poly(aryl ether ketone)s are novel kinds of super engineering plastics.PEEK,one of these plastics,was commercialized by ICI Co.of the United Kingdom in 1980 for the first time.Since then,it has been wildly used in the area of aerospacecraft,aircraft,energy system,electronics,automobile,mechanical equipment et al. This kind of material has been developed successfully by applying the patent technique of ourselves in China,and was used in the above area of our nation.We not only made PEEK commercialized,but also developed PEEKK,PEBEK,cyclic poly(aryl ether ketone)s prepolymers,poly(aryl ether ketone)s liquid crystal and poly(aryl ether ketone)s with low dielectric constant et al.
