超重环境下微波辐射对小鼠血清中IL-10、IFN-γ、TNF-α含量及学习记忆能力的影响

摘要 建立超重环境下微波辐射小鼠模型,观测小鼠血清白介素-10(IL-10)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)含量及体重、肝、脾重量的改变,通过避暗实验和跳台实验检测小鼠的学习记忆能力。结果表明,超重环境下微波辐射组(即实验组)小鼠血清TNF-α与对照组有显著性差别(p<0.05),而IL-10I、FN-γ与对照组无显著差别(p>0.05),超重环境下微波辐射对学习能力无明显影响。超重环境下微波辐射可导致小鼠损伤,可通过免疫因子的改变进行初步检测。 Aim of this paper is to establish the mice model under hypergravity and microwave radiation, detect serum IL10, IFN-γ TNF-α and change of body weight, spleen and thymus and to observe learning ability by step-through test and step-down test. TNF-α of Hypergravity and microwave radiation group has significant difference in comparison with control group (p 〈0.05), but IL10 and IFN-γ have no significant difference compared with control group (p 〉0.05). Hypergravtity and microwave radiation has no obvious effect on the learning ability. The hypergravtity and microwave radiation can lead to mice injury. Change of immunity factors can be considered as early period detection.
