安胎中药方剂对奶牛胚胎着床的作用

Anti-abortive effects of Chinese herbal medicine on embryo implantation in cows

将50头奶牛随机分为对照组、泰山磐石散组、保胎无忧散组、黄芩组及黄芩苷组5组。人工输精后7d,每天在饲料中添加不同中药散剂,连续7d。在输精后7、14、24、54d分别颈静脉采血,检测孕酮、IFN-γ和IL-4的含量。结果添加泰山磐石散、保胎无忧散的奶牛妊娠数量增加,同时显著增加血清中孕酮及IL-4水平,提高IL-4/IFN-γ比值。而补充黄芩及黄芩苷的奶牛与对照组无显著差异。推测在妊娠早期,安胎中药方剂能够调节母体内分泌及细胞因子网络,创造适宜的植入环境,利于胚胎着床。因此中药安胎方除了临床用于防治家畜流产外,还可以用于促进胚胎着床,减少早期胚胎丢失。

To Investigate the anti-abortive effects of Chinese herbal medicine on embryo implantation, 50 cows were randomly divided into 5 groups ： control group, Taishan panshi powder group, Baotai wuyou powder group, Huangqin group and Baicalin group. These medicine powder were applied to the cows from day 7 to day 14 after artificial insemination respectively,then blood serum was collected on days 7, 14,24 and 54 both in the control and herbal groups. The contents of progesterone,interferon-γ, （IFN-γ） and interleukin-4 （IL-4） were detected with commercial kits. Results showed that the embryo number,the levels of progesterone and IL-4 increased significantly in Taishan panshi powder and Baotai wuyou powder groups, at the same time, the ratio of IL-4 to IFN-γ elevated steadily in these two groups. While no significant difference between control group and Huangqin or Baiealin group in the levels of progesterone and IL-4. It is presumed that anti-abortive Chinese medicinal formulae would regulate the embedding environment by elevating the levels of progesterone and regulating the secretion balance of Th1/Th2 cytokines,accordingly beneficial to a successful embryo implantation. Results indicate that besides the miscarriage prevention of some anti-abortive Chinese medicinal formulae, the promoting embryo implantation can also he emphasized in veterinary clinic.
